Recruitment Manager – Yacht Management

 A Yacht Management Consultants is recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join its Operations Department.

Likely candidates will have appropriate experience in a similar recruitment role with a good understanding of maritime certification, qualifications and the yachting industry. Excellent communication skills required to liaise confidently and professionally with colleagues, captains and crew.

The position requires multi-tasking to assist our Operations Department team with supplying qualified and experienced crew to the company yacht fleet. General tasks will involve candidates search and selection, reference and certificate verification and logistics.

This is a full time, permanent position with shore-based salary appropriate to qualifications and experience.

Good IT skills required, MS Office & Outlook English is the base language. French and other languages a plus.
