We are currently accepting applications for the position of ON BOARD SALES MANAGER for a well-known family-orientated cruise line.
Your role will be to manage the onboard cruise booking programme to maximise onboard sales. You will encourage guests to make future bookings whilst they are on board. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales and revenue targets are achieved, manage onboard promotions and advertising.
Previous ship experience in similar role
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Excellent computer skills
Background in reservations desired (travel agent, etc)
Ability to conduct onboard sales presentations to guests
Fluent English + additional languages
Salary: Basic + Incentive plan bonus
Contract: 4 months on / 2 months off
