Luxury cruise line is searching for Executive chef responsible for entire on board food product, supervising and leading International team with a la carte menus, room service, buffet and speciality restaurant, and would be responsible for training and leading all team .
Qualification required:
Ability in menu planning and food cost supervision and control
Minimum 4 to 5 Years experience in similar position in 5 stars Hotel and/or Top cruise line with luxury product.
