For our English speaking guests, we are looking for an English Chef
• You lead a multi-cultural team of preparation chefs
• You look after our English speaking guests by incorporating English preparation methods as well as catering for special orders
• You apply HACCP and Sanitation principles on a daily basis
• All meals are prepared in industrial galleys and you know how to use such equipment (i.e. electric ovens and stoves)
• You lead a section by overseeing the ordering and quality control of the produce as well as inventorying it
• You participate in training activities and extend the know how of standards
What we expect:
• O-levels (equivalent) and above, catering college diploma, and consolidated culinary working experience
• Fundamentals in MS Office, and computer literacy
• Communicative abilities, team spirit and ability to integrate in multi-cultural team
• Good knowledge of international cuisine as well as excellent knowledge of English culinary preparation techniques
• Possession of HACCP, Sanitation certificate or equivalent
• You are available for five months at a time
